Paid Fasiho plans are billed at the price and billing interval shown to you before checkout. A recurring subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Checkout and payment-card processing are handled by our payment processor. Fasiho does not ask you to send full payment-card details through support messages.
If subscription pricing changes, the new price will be disclosed as required before it applies to a future renewal. Taxes may be added when required.
You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed. Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
If a payment fails or paid access does not update correctly after payment, use the Support page. Provide your account email and transaction date, but never your password or full card number.
