Fasiho

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Fasiho. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Independent test-preparation service

Fasiho is an independent educational practice service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ETS, the IELTS test partners, or OET. Third-party test names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Practice scores, bands, grades, feedback, and predictions shown by Fasiho are estimates for study purposes and are not official exam results or guarantees of an exam outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to bypass device, session, payment, or access controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown before checkout and may renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Additional billing and refund terms appear in our Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable educational use

The service and practice content are licensed for your personal educational use. You may not scrape, systematically copy, resell, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer access controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or use the question bank or generated materials to create or operate a competing content service without permission.

AI and estimated feedback

AI-generated grading, transcription, coaching, explanations, and other automated output can contain errors. You should use them as study assistance rather than as an official assessment or professional advice.

Service availability

We work to keep Fasiho available and reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, security work, third-party outages, or changes to the service. Features may evolve over time.

Intellectual property

Fasiho software, branding, original practice materials, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party audio attribution

Australian-English fallback practice audio may be generated from the DataCraftsmanAustralia piper-en_AU-librivox-medium model, licensed under CC BY 4.0. The model's narrator provenance and attribution information are available from its published model repository.

Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, payment systems, or security, or in response to material violations of these Terms.

Legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations or obligations are subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented as required by applicable law.
