Fasiho

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This policy explains how Fasiho handles information when you use our English exam-preparation service.

Information we collect

We may process account information such as your name and email address; authentication and device/session information; practice answers, recordings or transcripts you submit; practice attempts, estimated scores, progress and study settings; and technical information needed to operate, troubleshoot and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure your account, deliver practice and timed-test features, save progress, generate requested feedback or transcription, process subscription access, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.

AI processing

When an AI-powered grading, coaching, audio, or transcription feature is used, information needed to perform that request may be sent to the configured AI service provider. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a practice response.

Payments

Payment-card checkout is handled by our payment processor. Fasiho does not need your full card number in support messages and you should never send it to us that way.

Cookies and sessions

We use authentication/session technology needed to keep you signed in, protect accounts, enforce device controls, and provide core service functionality.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can delete a free account and its stored learning data from the Account page after verifying your password. If you have paid access, cancel renewal first and delete the account after the paid period ends. You can also submit a privacy request through the Support page. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and use a unique password for your account.

Children

Fasiho is a test-preparation service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information improperly should contact support.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Requests can be made through the Support page or, for account deletion, through the signed-in Account page. We may need to verify the request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above identifies the current version.
